The Steel Core Security Locking Surf Carrier securely locks your surfboard or windsurfer to your rack. Once the Surf Carrier is setup, load your boards, tighten the buckle and go! The Surf Carrier fits Thule, Yakima and some factory installed racks. To securely leave the carrier on your vehicle when not in use, simply lock the stainless steel cam locks around your rack. The Patented Steel Core Tie downs have special key-locking buckles with unique cut resistant steel core straps. The straps include 3 keys and a mesh stuff bag. The Steel Core Straps are constructed with polypropylene webbing, a core made from cut resistant steel aircraft cable, and weather resistant stainless steel cam locks. The Surf Carrier will not fit oversized factory rack load bars. Two rack pads are included.
