Processing Your Credit Card Order
Your order will be reviewed for accuracy and processed upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order, you will be immediately notified by telephone or email. Credit card processing is conducted internally after your order has been reviewed for accuracy. Due to their weight and size, all construction racks must be ordered and shipped via UPS Ground Service only. Coupon Codes do not apply to Awesome Deals! Items. Additional discounts are not allowed during our annual Thule, Whispbar and Yakima 20% Off Sales.

Free UPS Ground Shipping Program
Free UPS Ground Shipping on purchases over $99 applies to the following brands: DeWalt, Gear Up, Hauler, Kuat, Malone, Mirage, Reese, Rhino, Rocky Mounts, Saris, Sport Rack, Thule, TracRac, Vantech, Whispbar and Yakima. Our Free Shipping offer excludes Thule Cargo Boxes, Yakima Cargo Boxes, BackRack, Lasso, Softride, System One and Vanguard Products. All orders are shipped via UPS except to U.S. Military addresses. Because the U.S. Military only delivers via U.S. Mail, the free UPS Ground Shipping program does not apply to U.S. Military Addresses. U.S. Military Personnel orders must be ordered, and will be sent via parcel post. Free UPS Ground Shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping
Although it is not always possible, our goal is to ship all orders by the end of the next business day. Example: Orders received on Monday will ship on Tuesday, orders received on Friday will ship on Monday, etc. Cargo boxes and BackRack products may experience a 2-3 day shipping delay. Hawaii and Alaska customers must choose 2nd Day Air as their shipping method. With the exception of U.S. Military addresses, we do not ship outside of the 50 United States.
