How do I know which rack to choose for my vehicle?
Rack manufacturers are constantly scrambling to design racks to fit new body styles. If the brand you desire is included in our Fit Guides, simply choose your fit guide, then enter your vehicle and use information. The rack options for your vehicle will be displayed. If you choose a non-fit guide brand, simply choose your products and answer the vehicle information questions during check-out. We'll be sure you get the correct fit for your vehicle. If I make an error while ordering, how do I correct the error?
The simplest way is to email or call us immediately with the corrected information. After business hours, email is best.

How quickly will my new products ship?
Although it is not always possible, our goal is to ship all orders by the end of the next business day. Example: Orders received on Monday will ship on Tuesday; orders received on Friday will ship on Monday, etc.

How do I know when my products have shipped?
Around midnight on the day your products ship, we will send a UPS Tracking # to the email address you provide with your order.

I noticed that Thule and Yakima have very similar products and prices. What is the difference between Thule and Yakima?
Both companies manufacture superior rack products. The primary difference is Thule load bars are rectangle while Yakima's are round. Most products are similar in function but, slightly different in design and appearance.

What is the weight capacity of a typical roof rack?
Sports Racks from Thule and Yakima have a maximum capacity of 165 lbs. However, many vehicles have a lower capacity due to vehicle or factory rack design. Check your owner's manual or check with your dealer to find out the maximum capacity for your vehicle.
