"I ordered my rack online and received an email a few days later informing me that it was out of stock. I really appreciated the call for several reasons: first because they had not charged my credit card since the rack was out of stock, and secondly because I was not left waiting assuming the rack was its way when it wasn't. I think that was just good customer service. But it didn't stop there, when the rack came in stock, I received another email asking how I wanted it shipped. This again was good customer service because it gave me an option to pay for and expedited shipment if I needed the rack immediately. Over all, as you can tell from my rating, I was very pleased with the service I received and equally pleased with the product.

"I was trying to determine which style of bike carrier would best suit our needs and getting more and more confused as I read more and more articles and reviews. He answered all of my questions, explained the differences, what type of hitch worked best for what we wanted, and he didn't seem to mind explaining things.
