"They had the rack I wanted on sale for a great price. When I tried to place the order it wouldn't go through. When I tried again the next day the rack was no longer on sale. I called them, explained the situation, and an extremely nice guy said "no problem" and gave me the rack for the sale price. It shipped quickly and I received it via FedEx within three days. Great customer service and great price. Very happy with The Rack Warehouse. I recommend them to everyone.

"I ordered my rack online and received an email a few days later informing me that it was out of stock. I really appreciated the call for several reasons: first because they had not charged my credit card since the rack was out of stock, and secondly because I was not left waiting assuming the rack was its way when it wasn't. I think that was just good customer service. But it didn't stop there, when the rack came in stock, I received another email asking how I wanted it shipped. This again was good customer service because it gave me an option to pay for and expedited shipment if I needed the rack immediately. Over all, as you can tell from my rating, I was very pleased with the service I received and equally pleased with the product.
