Thule's 530L Lefty Thru-Axle Front Fork Adapter enables you to transport bicycles with Cannondale Lefty front forks on any Thule fork mounted carrier and most other brands of fork mounted bike carriers. The Lefty Adapter fastens to the bike carrier and your bike fastens to the Lefty Adapter.
