The System One I.T.S Utility Rig is built specifically for service body trucks, offering a practical solution to transport construction materials, ladders, and other bulky cargo safely above the truck bed. Its robust design helps maximize your truck’s utility while ensuring secure transport without interfering with your vehicle’s access or operation.

This rack fits a range of utility service body lengths—8, 9, and 11 feet—allowing for tailored compatibility with your truck. With a maximum load capacity of 600 lbs, it handles heavy-duty tasks common in construction, trade, and service industries. The rack mounts using concealed bolts to the utility body’s top, which doubles as a tie-down anchor system, helping secure payloads efficiently. Note that it is not compatible with flip-top service bodies; consult System One directly if your body design differs.

Ease of use is a key feature. The rear truss section is removable within seconds for quick access to the truck bed’s rear. Ladder Life anti-wear rubber inserts on the rack and a Ladder Glide low-friction plastic insert on the rear crossbar protect both the rack and ladders during loading and unloading, reducing wear and effort. The corners are equipped with side stops, preventing cargo from shifting sideways.

Constructed from extruded aluminum and stainless steel fasteners, the rack offers corrosion resistance and long-term durability, suitable for tough work environments. The integrated T-slots along cross members and legs allow mounting of System One’s Work Winch tie-down system and other compatible accessories (sold separately) for organized and secure cargo management.
