I ordered a roof rack that was defective. Kurt in customer service worked with me to get it replaced with an option that worked. I was actually surprised to get a human on the phone/email when communicating about the issue. All was resolved within a few days. Will do business again.

Great customer service amazing pricing, and quick shipping!

Seemed to be a factory... They were more interested in making a sale than servicing or even introducing themselves to a customer. Not much interest in me while I was waiting and some kid delivered the car with the rack attached and the manuals, etc in the front seat. Didn't say anything to me about how the rack was put on, things to know, etc. I had to ask and got a few sentences in grunt responses. Nobody really acted anything above brain dead there.... nice to know customer service lives on! Oh well. One thing the box is so high up you need a small stepladder to access it. And you can't park it inside anymore which is OK so I'll have to take it off.

Came quickly and complete. Ordered was great. I called with a question and they addressed it promptly. Great business.

I purchased a rack that did not fit. Rack warehouse sent me a prepaid shipping label and gave a complete refund. Great service. I would not hesitate to buy again.

I appreciated the ease in using the website. Unfortunately the Thule rack didn't fit correctly. I have a 2018 RAV4 with a bare roof. The kit included 4 identical foot clamps. The 2 at the front fit perfectly. The back 2 didn't and couldn't fit right because of how the side of the roof panel gradually increased. My daughter and her partner (an engineer) and I spent @ 45 minutes and finally concluded we'd have to punt. We put their 17 foot canoe on top and secured it with the Thule portage kit. We checked and tightened the rear feet as needed when we made stops on the journey home.

While the folks who answered the phone were generally helpful, my order took a long time to arrive. A couple of proactive updates would have been helpful and keep me from wondering if you even received my order.
