The Retrax Pro FRZ 4000 and Yakima Overhaul HD combo are great. The customer service good to replace missing Yakima screws and loose Retrax end caps was So why 3 stars? They dont know the products they sell. They should tell the customer that the Overhaul racks do NOT mount on top of the removable canister. So, you actually cannot use all of the t-track. The last 10” before the cab is unusable for Overhaul systems. They must be mounted on the shorter bed rail sections. So you loose t-track space. I found out this after I installed the entire system. RW said “yes you can mount”. Yakima and Real Truck said no. Local retailer said no. Too much leverage and may dislodge the rack or warp the canister box. No recourse for me. If you need wide bar spacing, dont buy this combo, or use a local vendor who has knowledge about the products.

The gentleman in Customer Service was so helpful. He was knowledgeable and patient.

Super helpful online and very patient with my questions. I live (relatively) locally so it was also great to be able to stop by the shop and see the racks I was thinking about in person.

Rack ordered fit as expected. they even called when I ordered to let me know that there may be a delay in shipping and to verify that was ok.

Good product and fast service.

The website did not indicate my roof rack was in back order when I placed my order. After a week went by and my order didn’t ship I called and found out about the back order but was assured it would ship the next day. It did not. Called 4 days later and agreed to pay another $55 for upgraded shipping to arrive Thursday so that I wouldn’t miss a canoe trip coming up and was told it would ship Monday. They didn’t ship until late Monday and I did not get my order until Friday and by then it was too late. Customer service was not friendly at all. In retrospect I would have ordered from a different company.

Fast efficient and correct

The fit with the yakima baseline rack for my sportage bare roof was exactly on point with every detail, it works great and love the design too,would recommend they're service for sure.
