I called several times from getting help in ordering what I needed to install a Thule Hullavator on my RAV4, through the install process, then to return. In 1 of the install conversations, the agent said we had 30 days. We assumed this meant 30 days to return the products no matter what. The kayak rack was too difficult for me to operate, which was the whole point of it, but then we were told no returns once installed. Period. I don't think this is fair considering I didn't have any opportunity to try it out be fore purchasing.

The Rack Warehouse has always treated us well. We've been shopping there for years. We made our most pressing purchase the day before a long road trip with the kids. My wife's SUV had a driveshaft failure, and we couldn't source the part. Instead, we piled the family into my sedan, but had to find a rack at the last minute. The team at RW sourced the right pieces and kept our trip on schedule. Recently, we went through a few bike racks to fit all the different bikes the family rides. Finally landing on the Kuat Piston Pro with the pivot attachment. We can always count on RW to do right by us!

Customer Service followed up by phone on my order for a Baseline cartop roof rack system, round bars, towers, clips and locks, to clarify items, cancel duplicate orders and to save me some money. Parts arrived within time frame as stated, about a week after the order.

2 orders 2 issues. I ordered a rack that didnt fit, and sent several messages to support, never received a reply. The second track i ordered was obviously used and was missing peices still no response to my messages.

Overall, I am impressed with the speed and quality of my order. I would recommend Rack Warehouse to anyone who is looking for roof racks for their cars. However, I wish I had known a little more about what is (and is not) included in my purchase. In my case (for a Thule rack for my 2022 Mazda 3), it wasn't until after the rack arrived that I would need to also purchase replacement ditch molding for my car. This doesn't seem to be something that Rack Warehouse sells. So, now that I'm ready to install the kit they sent, I'm actually delayed several days while I wait for Mazda to get the the additional parts I need. It's fine to me that I needed them, but if Rack Warehouse would have let me know this up front, I could have ordered the ditch molding from Mazda on the same day I ordered the Thule Kit and not had to wait for everything to arrive. Other than that: I feel like the whole Rack Warehouse ordering and shipping went great. I'm looking forward to getting the remaining parts so that I can complete the installation!
