I believe your website says ‘we’ll answer the phone’. Not knowing exactly what I needed to haul Kayaks on a newer truck I bought someone offering to answer the phone was just the ticket. Talked with a couple different guys getting to the right solution and none of them disappointed. Each had full knowledge of their products and helped me get to a safe and affordable outcome to get our kayaks onboard when we go camping. Your staff is great. Will highly recommend you guys any chance I can. Cheers.

I ordered the wrong part. Called CS and they walked me through the process of ordering the correct replacement and shipping they other part back.

Rack arrived, and together with a top frame that my father built, I was able to carry a Laser sailboat.

It took a little while to get my order in. I received the initial items that were in stock relatively quickly but then ended up waiting 4-6 weeks for the remainder of the order to be delivered. The customer service however was incredible. The shipping team was incredibly responsive and I felt like they really cared about customer service. The items themselves were delivered as advertised and I am pretty satisfied with the items I ordered.

So far, the racks & the Thule box are excellent! Thank you for the very good service.

They went out of there way to provide me with a rack even though the store was technically closed that day.

I ordered a roof rack that was defective. Kurt in customer service worked with me to get it replaced with an option that worked. I was actually surprised to get a human on the phone/email when communicating about the issue. All was resolved within a few days. Will do business again.
