Fast efficient and correct

The fit with the yakima baseline rack for my sportage bare roof was exactly on point with every detail, it works great and love the design too,would recommend they're service for sure.

Fast shipping, great customer care even though I didn't need them, they called to confirm a couple technical order items.

Shipping was so fast I think it showed up the next day on one order. But being 2 hours from their location helps. They also took the time to correct an order they noticed might not fit my vehicle and contacted me making sure I ordered an item that would correctly fit. Which saved me from potentially getting something that wouldnt fit and having to deal with doing an exchange

Product purchased was on sale and Rack Warehouse ran out so delivery was delayed. HOWEVER, customer service was great and they expedited getting my product to me in a timely manner. Overall great service. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Unfortunately it started off bad when they realized they had ordered the wrong Thule pads but were quick to reschedule. It was done in a very efficient manner and the staff is always friendly polite
