"While my order did not turn out as I had planned, for delivery the day before my vacation. Circumstances were what they were, and my order did not come as I had planned and it was my fault that my expectations of a great ski vacation were dashed.
Overall, Rack Warehouse went above and beyond what I expect and it felt like they had my back. They contacted me immediately following my order, with questions, concerns and current order status. In short, they hit the ball out of the park.
I recommend them and will return for my next rack purchase.

"I ordered my rack online and received an email a few days later informing me that it was out of stock. I really appreciated the call for several reasons: first because they had not charged my credit card since the rack was out of stock, and secondly because I was not left waiting assuming the rack was its way when it wasn't. I think that was just good customer service. But it didn't stop there, when the rack came in stock, I received another email asking how I wanted it shipped. This again was good customer service because it gave me an option to pay for and expedited shipment if I needed the rack immediately. Over all, as you can tell from my rating, I was very pleased with the service I received and equally pleased with the product.
