Rhino Bare Roof Car Racks

Industry leading tech to find the right roof rack for your vehicle in just a few clicks

A bare roof, sometimes called a naked roof, has no rails, no tracks and no fixed points: just painted metal. Most sedans and many small SUVs are built this way, and it is the most common reason a universal rack does not fit. The rack clamps into the door frame instead, using a foot pack plus a fit kit cut for your exact vehicle, so the clamp matches the shape of your door opening and the pads sit where the body is strong.
That fit kit is the part people order wrong. Thule and Yakima each make their own, and they are not interchangeable between model years. Enter your vehicle in the fit guide and we will show the complete system, bars, feet and fit kit together, or call 1-800-272-5362 and a Rack Specialist will confirm it before you order.
