Kuat Roof Mount Ski & Snowboard Racks

A roof carrier is the standard way to carry skis: clamp it to your crossbars, load two to six pairs, lock it, and the trunk and the hitch stay free. Thule SnowPack, Yakima FatCat EVO, Kuat Grip and Malone FallLine all fit aero, round, square and most factory bars, so the carrier follows you to your next car.
Two things decide which one. Capacity is quoted in pairs of skis, and snowboards take roughly half again the room. Loading height is the other: the Kuat Grip slides out past the edge of the roof, which is worth the money on a tall SUV when you are holding an armful of skis. You need crossbars first, so if your roof is bare, start with a base rack and we will fit both. Call 1-800-272-5362.

"Absolutely Fantastic customer service!!!"
"My husband needed to buy a new roof rack for a truck he recently purchased and was told to get a System One brand that makes the racks from aluminium (so it doesnt rust). So I went searching online and originally went to System One's website to see if I could buy it direct from them, but I couldnt, so I found rackwarehouse.com who did sell them. Initially I was hesitant to buy something like this online since we had a bad experience with the 1st roof rack we bought 10 years ago from an online dealer, but it was impossible to find this thing in a bricks and mortar shop so we were kinda stuck buying online. So kind of reluctantly we went ahead and made the $$$$ dollar purchase with rackwarehouse, just praying we didnt get ripped off or have it arrive 6 months late and in hot pink or something. Well to my surprise, we had THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS WEBSITE! Not only did the rack arrive in 24 HOURS, but the following morning after I placed the order, a kind man phoned me to let me know we ordered the wrong sized rack for the truck we had (they ask you for the truck make and model when you buy it to make sure you get the right one) He said we bought the wrong size which was for a compact truck and that the correct size was about 9 bucks more. So he sent me the invoice, I paid within the hour, and then he shipped it THAT DAY and it arrived THE NEXT DAY. Bam! Perfect! I was so grateful he phoned up and he was soooooooooooooooooo nice! Really kind person and said this happens all the time. So dont forget to leave your vehicle details during checkout when prompted! I highly recommend this company. They are based in VT and have A+ service. The ladder rack was perfect as well. If we ever need anything rack related we will be going to this website from now on forever more. Thanks guys!!"
