Description
The Kuat Piston Pro offers many of the same impressive features as the Piston Pro X, with a few fewer bells and whistles. It features all-metal construction, OneTap hydro-pneumatic tire arms that avoid bike frame contact, and a patented FastFit tool-free wheel chock system. Additional highlights include the Patented PedalPivot, a semi-integrated 12mm cable lock, and the Patented FlatLock Hitch Cam for 2" hitches (ball cam for 1.25"). With a "No Worries" limited warranty, the Piston Pro supports a 2-bike capacity (with add-ons available), holding up to 67 lbs. per tray for the 2" 2-bike version and 60 lbs. for the 1.25" version. For RV hitch use, it supports up to 42 lbs. per tray. This rack accommodates a maximum wheelbase of 53” and a maximum tire width of 5”.
