Description
The Prinsu Pro Roof Rack for the Rivian R1S is a premium modular roof rack engineered specifically for Rivian R1S owners who demand maximum strength, clean vehicle integration, and EV-ready performance. Designed to mount directly to factory Rivian mounting points, this bolt-on roof rack installs without drilling or permanent modification, preserving your vehicle while creating a versatile cargo platform for rooftop tents, bikes, kayaks, recovery gear, and overland accessories. The low-profile design complements the Rivian R1S styling while improving aerodynamics and maintaining a streamlined appearance.
Built from high-grade aluminum with a durable satin black textured powder coat, the Prinsu Pro R1S roof rack delivers lightweight performance without sacrificing durability. The redesigned extruded crossbars are 44% stronger than previous versions and feature six integrated drop-in mounting points per bar, allowing fast and secure installation of lights, cargo mounts, and accessories. A two-part side rail design with a reinforced top bend increases rigidity and overall load capacity, while recessed bolt-on mounting feet create a clean, factory-style fit.
Engineered for serious gear hauling, the Prinsu Pro EV Series roof rack offers an impressive 800 lb dynamic load rating and up to 1,200 lbs static capacity, making it suitable for rooftop tents and heavy overland setups. Stainless steel, corrosion-resistant hardware ensures long-term reliability in harsh weather and off-road conditions. The rack also includes integrated 40" light bar compatibility with an optional wind deflector light bar cutout, providing additional customization for off-road lighting.
Fully modular and built for adaptability, the Rivian R1S Prinsu Pro Roof Rack allows crossbars and accessories to be repositioned to match your gear configuration. Whether you're building an overland-ready Rivian, carrying adventure equipment, or adding cargo capacity for road trips, the Prinsu Pro delivers strength, flexibility, and a vehicle-specific fit designed for modern electric SUV performance.
