Upgrade your truck with the RetraxPro FRC-4000 EZ-OFF Tonneau Cover and Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Rack Combo, a premium cargo management system engineered for drivers who demand maximum bed access, heavy-duty load capacity, and clean, professional styling. Designed for both work and adventure, this retractable tonneau cover and adjustable-height rack system delivers a seamless, vehicle-specific fit that transforms your truck into a secure, versatile hauling machine for everything from rooftop tents, kayaks, sups, cargo boxes, fish rod carriers, ladders, lumber, and overland gear.

The Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Rack mounts directly to the integrated Slotted Rail System, creating a rock-solid foundation for serious loads and off-road use. Constructed from lightweight, powder-coated aluminum, the rack supports up to 500 lbs on-road and 300 lbs off-road, with adjustable crossbar height from 19 to 30 inches to accommodate different cab heights, cargo shapes, and accessory setups. Overhaul NOT RECOMMENDED to be mounted over the canister portion of the tonneau. HD Crossbars with full-length T-slot channels gives options to mount accessories in the channel for a cleaner and more appealing look. Most Yakima accessories are compatible with the HD crossbars including kayak and SUP racks, bike racks, cargo baskets, cargo boxes, fishing rod carrier, awnings, and rooftop tents, while integrated SKS locking cores keep your gear protected at every stop.

At the core of this system is the RetraxPro FRC-4000 EZ-OFF retractable tonneau cover, built from double-walled aluminum slats with a matte black powder-coated finish for unmatched durability and theft resistance. Its patented EZ-OFF handle system allows you to quickly remove the cover when oversized cargo requires full bed access—delivering up to 21% more usable bed space than traditional retractable covers. Maintenance-free CoreTrax sealed ball bearing rollers ensure smooth, quiet operation, while the advanced water management system channels rain and snow through integrated drain tubes to keep your cargo dry in extreme temperatures from -40°F to 180°F.

Whether you're building a professional work truck, an overland rig, or a weekend adventure setup, this premium tonneau cover and truck rack combination offers unmatched flexibility, security, and performance. With modular accessory compatibility, rugged aluminum construction, and true 100% bed access, this system delivers a trail-ready, jobsite-proven solution that elevates both your truck’s capability and appearance.
