"Absolutely Fantastic customer service!!!"
"My husband needed to buy a new roof rack for a truck he recently purchased and was told to get a System One brand that makes the racks from aluminium (so it doesnt rust). So I went searching online and originally went to System One's website to see if I could buy it direct from them, but I couldnt, so I found rackwarehouse.com who did sell them. Initially I was hesitant to buy something like this online since we had a bad experience with the 1st roof rack we bought 10 years ago from an online dealer, but it was impossible to find this thing in a bricks and mortar shop so we were kinda stuck buying online. So kind of reluctantly we went ahead and made the $$$$ dollar purchase with rackwarehouse, just praying we didnt get ripped off or have it arrive 6 months late and in hot pink or something. Well to my surprise, we had THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS WEBSITE! Not only did the rack arrive in 24 HOURS, but the following morning after I placed the order, a kind man phoned me to let me know we ordered the wrong sized rack for the truck we had (they ask you for the truck make and model when you buy it to make sure you get the right one) He said we bought the wrong size which was for a compact truck and that the correct size was about 9 bucks more. So he sent me the invoice, I paid within the hour, and then he shipped it THAT DAY and it arrived THE NEXT DAY. Bam! Perfect! I was so grateful he phoned up and he was soooooooooooooooooo nice! Really kind person and said this happens all the time. So dont forget to leave your vehicle details during checkout when prompted! I highly recommend this company. They are based in VT and have A+ service. The ladder rack was perfect as well. If we ever need anything rack related we will be going to this website from now on forever more. Thanks guys!!"

My tonneau cover has tracks running front to back. Will this kit adapt this rack to my cover?
This Tonneau Kit 1 has been designed specifically to be used with the Retrax XR and Pace Edwards UltraGroove tonneau covers. No other covers have been officially tested by Yakima to confirm a fit. That said, there are a couple of ways to determine if it's possible to use this kit to fit the OverHaul to your cover. This kit is designed to be used with a track that is integrated into the side rail of the cover, where the track does not protrude from the rail at all. If the tracks on your cover are raised up from the side rails of the cover at all, this kit will not work, we would recommend taking a look at the Bed Track Kit 2 instead. If the tracks on your cover are flush, the next thing to consider would be the dimensions of the track. The Tonneau Kit 1 includes narrow and wide track hardware so it is likely that one of the two will work. We recommend calling our customer service line with the dimensions of your tracks and we would be happy to help.
