Processing Your Credit Card Order
Your order will be reviewed for accuracy and processed upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order, you will be immediately notified by telephone or email. Credit card processing is conducted internally after your order has been reviewed for accuracy. Due to their weight and size, some construction racks, and trailers must be ordered and shipped via FedEx Ground Service only. Free Ground Shipping on purchases over $99 applies to the following brands: BackRack, Front Runner, Hauler, Inno, Malone, Rhino-Rack, RinseKit, Rocky Mounts, Saris, Thule, TracRac, Vantech and Yakima. Oversize shipping fees will be clearly displayed and will be added to the price of oversize items in your shopping cart. Our Free Ground Shipping offer excludes Cargo Boxes, designated Luggage Baskets, BackRack Window Guards and System One Utility Rack Products. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Coupon Codes do not apply to Awesome Deals!, reboxed items or during sale periods.
Although it is not always possible, we'll try our hardest to ship all orders by the end of the next business day (excluding Vantech, Rhino Rack, RockyMounts and BackRack). Example: Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. Since Saturday is not considered a business day, expedited packages are not shipped or delivered on Saturday. A direct signature is required on all expedited orders and orders that exceed $499. Ground Packages may be delivered on Saturday in some areas. The day a package is picked up is not counted as one of the delivery days. Cargo boxes, Hauler, Rhino Rack, BackRack, RockyMounts, and Malone Trailer products may experience a 2-4 day shipping delay. Vantech is currently experiencing 8-10 day shipping delays due to the Covid-19 situation in New York City. We do not offer expedited shipping on Aries, Hauler, Vantech, Rhino Rack, System One, RockyMounts, Malone Trailers or BackRack. We do not ship to Hotels, or freight forwarding companies. Our Free Ground Shipping Program excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Hawaii and Alaska customers must choose 2nd Day Air as their shipping method. All damaged shipments and missing packages must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping to U.S. Armed Forces Locations
Because the U.S. Military only delivers via U.S. Mail, our free Ground Shipping program does not apply to U.S. Military Addresses. Shipping to APO/FPO Military Addresses is limited to the following brands: Thule, Yakima, Malone and Saris. All other brands are excluded. With the exception of U.S. Military addresses, we do not ship outside of the 50 United States.
All online returns must be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number by a Rack Warehouse staff member prior to returning. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the return request. Online returns without a valid RA will be refused and will not be accepted by our receiving department. Returns must be received within 60 days of the delivery date, unused, and in their original packaging. Any item that is returned having been installed, used or altered, will be returned to the purchaser at their expense. In some instances, we may be able to provide the consumer with a discounted return label. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All returns are subject to a 6% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If outbound shipping was paid for by Rack Warehouse, the amount to be deducted will be provided at the same time the RA number is assigned. The purchaser is responsible for round trip shipping charges on all refused packages. Rack Warehouse will assist with warranty issues according to each manufacturer's warranty guidelines.

"Rack Warehouse-- The real thing!
First of all, a human being answers the phone, that's right, a person with a name. No more buttons to push, just say "hello" and tell 'em what you called for.
Then, they know their stuff. They know what they sell, and they have great advice and customer service. And, best of all, if you don't know your way around a roof rack and a bumper, and you order the wrong stuff, they take it back!
One more thing--- I ordered by phone on a Thursday, it was delivered to me the next day in Illinois.

"I ordered my rack online and received an email a few days later informing me that it was out of stock. I really appreciated the call for several reasons: first because they had not charged my credit card since the rack was out of stock, and secondly because I was not left waiting assuming the rack was its way when it wasn't. I think that was just good customer service. But it didn't stop there, when the rack came in stock, I received another email asking how I wanted it shipped. This again was good customer service because it gave me an option to pay for and expedited shipment if I needed the rack immediately. Over all, as you can tell from my rating, I was very pleased with the service I received and equally pleased with the product.
