Processing Your Credit Card Order
Your order will be reviewed for accuracy and processed upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order, you will be immediately notified by telephone or email. Credit card processing is conducted internally after your order has been reviewed for accuracy. Due to their weight and size, all construction racks, trailers and Kurt Hitches must be ordered and shipped via FedEx Ground Service only. Free Ground Shipping on purchases over $99 applies to the following brands: Aries, Hauler, Inno, Malone, Rhino-Rack, Rocky Mounts, Saris, Thule, TracRac, Vantech and Yakima. Oversize shipping fees will be clearly displayed and will be added to the price of oversize items in your shopping cart. Our Free Ground Shipping offer excludes Cargo Boxes, designated Luggage Baskets, Curt Hitches, BackRack Window Guards and System One Utility Rack Products. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Coupon Codes do not apply to Awesome Deals!, reboxed items or during sale periods.
Although it is not always possible, we'll try our hardest to ship all orders by the end of the next business day (excluding Vantech, Rhino Rack, RockyMounts and BackRack). Example: Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. Since Saturday is not considered a business day, expedited packages are not shipped or delivered on Saturday. A direct signature is required on all expedited orders and orders that exceed $499. Ground Packages may be delivered on Saturday in some areas. The day a package is picked up is not counted as one of the delivery days. Cargo boxes, Aries, Hauler, Rhino Rack, BackRack, RockyMounts, Curt Hitches and Malone Trailer products may experience a 2-4 day shipping delay. Vantech is currently experiencing 10-14 day shipping delays due to the Covid-19 situation in New York City. We do not offer expedited shipping on Hauler, Vantech, Rhino Rack, System One, RockyMounts, Malone Trailers, Curt Hitches or BackRack. We do not ship to Hotels. Our Free Ground Shipping Program excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Hawaii and Alaska customers must choose 2nd Day Air as their shipping method. All damaged shipments and missing packages must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping to U.S. Armed Forces Locations
Because the U.S. Military only delivers via U.S. Mail, our free Ground Shipping program does not apply to U.S. Military Addresses. Shipping to APO/FPO Military Addresses is limited to the following brands: Thule, Yakima, Malone and Saris. All other brands are excluded. With the exception of U.S. Military addresses, we do not ship outside of the 50 United States.
All returns must be assigned an RA Return Authorization Number by a Rack Warehouse staff member prior to returning. Returns without a valid RA will not be accepted by our receiving department. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date, unused, and in their original packaging. Any item that is returned to us installed, used or altered will be returned to the purchaser at his/her expense. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail meet these requirements. A $5.00 fee is applied to all returns to cover credit card processing and packaging expenses. If you should decide to return your new rack products, you will be charged the original outbound shipping amount (the amount we pay to ship you your order). Outbound and return shipping are non-refundable. Returns purchased during designated free shipping programs will be charged the original outbound shipping price. The purchaser is responsible for round trip shipping charges on all refused packages. The Rack Warehouse will assist with warranty issues according to each manufacturer's warranty guidelines.

"Once put together, the trailer is 5 star quality. The problems lie with the instructions and multiple missing parts. The instruction booklet has photos and text that don't match with the actual parts - holes in the metal are in different places or configurations, for example. They likely updated the parts without updating the manual and for me, that was an issue because I have never built anything like this before. Also, I've had to email Malone several times about missing parts. Each time I got to a new section of the trailer, the parts supplied didn't match up to the parts in the photo of the included parts. Malone has been EXCELLENT about sending the additional parts, but it has caused delays on 3 different occasions. Perhaps if I had room in the garage to lay out all of the parts before attempting the install (and could count on my husband and grandkids not touching them), I could have asked for the missing pieces at one time, instead of as I built each section. Hopefully, the final missing items will be sent to me this week and I can finally finish the build.

"I tend to over research most every purchase I make that is over $100. I went into the idea of owning two fishing Kayaks, with the intention of buying a used trailer, or utility trailer from Lowes and then modifying it to work for me, but after running the numbers I would have been into it almost as the brand new Malone trailer cost me. As soon as I saw that Rack Warehouse had it listed for 20% off of MSRP, I jumped on it. It shipped well, all the parts were there, the instructions, combined with a couple of YouTube videos I watched made assembly of the trailer a breeze. I'm fairly mechanically inclined and had the entire thing together in under 3 hours. I used only hand tools and I'm sure that if I'd have had access to my cordless impact driver, it would have cut at least 30-45 minutes off of the assembly time.
My advice would be to lay out all the bigger parts on a clean, dry surface, then take it step by step, paying attention to the fact that you just hand tighten most of the nuts and bolts, at first, then tighten them fully in the order they recommend. Excellent product and excellent customer service. I'd do this again in a heartbeat.
