Its universal clamp design fits most factory and aftermarket crossbars, compatible with brands such as Yakima, Thule, Inno, Malone, Rhino-Rack, and RockyMounts. The FrontLoader easily accommodates wheel sizes from 20" to 29" and 700c, bikes with disc brakes, thru-axles, and suspension forks. With no contact to the painted frame surfaces, it preserves your bike’s finish during transport.
Loading and unloading is straightforward thanks to the tool-free installation and an easy-to-adjust wheel tray that adapts to different bike lengths. The rack supports bikes weighing up to 40 pounds when mounted on crossbars spaced at least 18" apart, or 30 pounds for 16" spaced bars. For added security, Yakima SKS lock cores (sold separately) can be used in the integrated cable lock and mounting hardware to secure the bike to the rack and to lock the rack itself.
