Yakima 8002098 ForkLift Universal Bicycle Rack Bike Carrier for factory installed car roof racks combines the superior stability of a fork mount with a universal mounting system designed to fit round bars, square crossbars, and most factory rack bars right out of the box (bars sold separately). The ForkLift Bike Carrier's tool-free installation is quick, easy and takes just a few minutes to install. ForkLift's rugged, lockable, secure skewer system utilizes an integrated adjuster knob, allowing for one handed tightening and loosening adjustments on the skewer. The ForkLift Bicycle Rack will fit different tire styles and widths as well as most disc brake systems and standard axles. Since ForkLift does not touch the painted surfaces of your bike, it's ideal for carbon rigs and precious paint schemes. "Absolutely Fantastic customer service!!!"
"My husband needed to buy a new roof rack for a truck he recently purchased and was told to get a System One brand that makes the racks from aluminium (so it doesnt rust). So I went searching online and originally went to System One's website to see if I could buy it direct from them, but I couldnt, so I found rackwarehouse.com who did sell them. Initially I was hesitant to buy something like this online since we had a bad experience with the 1st roof rack we bought 10 years ago from an online dealer, but it was impossible to find this thing in a bricks and mortar shop so we were kinda stuck buying online. So kind of reluctantly we went ahead and made the $$$$ dollar purchase with rackwarehouse, just praying we didnt get ripped off or have it arrive 6 months late and in hot pink or something. Well to my surprise, we had THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS WEBSITE! Not only did the rack arrive in 24 HOURS, but the following morning after I placed the order, a kind man phoned me to let me know we ordered the wrong sized rack for the truck we had (they ask you for the truck make and model when you buy it to make sure you get the right one) He said we bought the wrong size which was for a compact truck and that the correct size was about 9 bucks more. So he sent me the invoice, I paid within the hour, and then he shipped it THAT DAY and it arrived THE NEXT DAY. Bam! Perfect! I was so grateful he phoned up and he was soooooooooooooooooo nice! Really kind person and said this happens all the time. So dont forget to leave your vehicle details during checkout when prompted! I highly recommend this company. They are based in VT and have A+ service. The ladder rack was perfect as well. If we ever need anything rack related we will be going to this website from now on forever more. Thanks guys!!"
