The Yakima 8002108 WheelHouse Universal Front Bike Wheel Tire Holder for car roof racks fastens and secures your front wheel to your roof rack. Mounting your front tire with the WheelHouse will keep your dirty tire out of your clean vehicle. The Yakima WheelHouse uses the universal SpinVice Clamp and fits on all crossbar shapes and sizes. The WheelHouse is compatible with wheel sizes up to 29" x 3". The double retention system holds your wheel by the axle and secures it by the rim. A single ZipStrip is used to securely fasten and to keep your wheel from spinning while traveling. With the addition of one Yakima SKS Lock, the WheelHouse can be locked to your roof rack (lock sold separately). The WheelHouse folds down when not in use.
