The Malone Stinger Kayak Load Assist Module was originally designed on the coast of Maine to withstand brutal crosswinds and crippling salt-water corrosion. The Malone Stinger Kayak Load Assist Module is designed with a polycarbonate corrosion resistant frame allowing it to withstand mother natures harshest weather conditions. The Malone Stinger Kayak Load Assist Module attaches to the rear SeaWing Kayak Saddle - drastically reducing the effort required by one person to load a kayak. When you're ready to load and unload your boat simply extend the Stinger outwards over the back of your vehicle. The Stinger's padded frame will protect your kayak and vehicle finish. The Stinger extends toward the rear of your vehicle up to 22" giving you the necessary extension to conveniently load and unload your kayak. To load, place the front of the kayak onto the integrated slide guides and slide the kayak forward until your kayak is positioned evenly on the front and rear SeaWing Kayak Saddles. When the kayak is centered, slide the Stinger back to its original storage position. The Malone SeaWing Kayak Cradles are sold separately (see below).
