Description
The Rhino Rack JB1712 HD 65" Roof Rack System is a reliable addition for pickup truck owners who need a versatile and heavy-duty rack solution for their truck caps or hard tonneau covers. It’s built to carry bulky outdoor gear such as kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, cargo baskets, and certain commercial accessories, providing a sturdy platform without compromising access or vehicle aesthetics.
Compatibility is a key design consideration: this rack fits trucks equipped with Rhino Rack, Thule, or Yakima factory tracks and also works with Retrax PRO XR and Retrax One XR Trax Rail Systems installed on fiberglass truck caps or hard top covers. Always measure your truck bed width, especially if using a Retrax tonneau cover, to ensure compatibility with the 65" crossbar width.
Installation uses included RLT600 Quick Mount Legs and Heavy Duty Spacers to ensure a secure, vibration-resistant fit. The bars are rated for about 220 lbs total load capacity, offering robust performance for heavy cargo. The system includes four keyed locks providing added security to keep your equipment safe during transport.
Built from durable materials and finished in black, the rack balances strength and corrosion resistance while maintaining a low profile. Its straightforward installation and compatibility across several track brands make it a practical choice for those looking to upgrade their truck cap cargo capacity with confidence.

"Absolutely Fantastic customer service!!!"
"My husband needed to buy a new roof rack for a truck he recently purchased and was told to get a System One brand that makes the racks from aluminium (so it doesnt rust). So I went searching online and originally went to System One's website to see if I could buy it direct from them, but I couldnt, so I found rackwarehouse.com who did sell them. Initially I was hesitant to buy something like this online since we had a bad experience with the 1st roof rack we bought 10 years ago from an online dealer, but it was impossible to find this thing in a bricks and mortar shop so we were kinda stuck buying online. So kind of reluctantly we went ahead and made the $$$$ dollar purchase with rackwarehouse, just praying we didnt get ripped off or have it arrive 6 months late and in hot pink or something. Well to my surprise, we had THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS WEBSITE! Not only did the rack arrive in 24 HOURS, but the following morning after I placed the order, a kind man phoned me to let me know we ordered the wrong sized rack for the truck we had (they ask you for the truck make and model when you buy it to make sure you get the right one) He said we bought the wrong size which was for a compact truck and that the correct size was about 9 bucks more. So he sent me the invoice, I paid within the hour, and then he shipped it THAT DAY and it arrived THE NEXT DAY. Bam! Perfect! I was so grateful he phoned up and he was soooooooooooooooooo nice! Really kind person and said this happens all the time. So dont forget to leave your vehicle details during checkout when prompted! I highly recommend this company. They are based in VT and have A+ service. The ladder rack was perfect as well. If we ever need anything rack related we will be going to this website from now on forever more. Thanks guys!!"
