Description
The Thule Gateway Trunk Mounted Bicycle Rack is designed to maximize the range of vehicles it will fit. The Gateway fastens to your vehicle safely and securely with six maximum-strength nylon straps and rubber coated metal hooks. The Gateway is equipped with Thule's Quick-Fit lever system, which allows for easy adjustment and a perfect fit. Thule's Cinch-Lever mechanism provides the unique ability to adjust each bike support arm independently for a better fit with non-traditional bike frames. The Thule Gateway compact cradles use a ratcheting style cradle strap - making loading and unloading your bikes quick and easy. The bike cradles are spaced 7" apart providing a greater distance between bikes for a safe and secure fit. Bike cradles also include Anti-Sway fasteners which help provide extra stability, protection and prevent bike-to-bike contact. For bicycle security, the Gateway includes a built-in cable lock that pulls out of the bike rack arm, wraps around the outermost bike frame and locks into the end of the bike arm. When not in use the entire frame folds flat for easy storage.

"Absolutely Fantastic customer service!!!"
"My husband needed to buy a new roof rack for a truck he recently purchased and was told to get a System One brand that makes the racks from aluminium (so it doesnt rust). So I went searching online and originally went to System One's website to see if I could buy it direct from them, but I couldnt, so I found rackwarehouse.com who did sell them. Initially I was hesitant to buy something like this online since we had a bad experience with the 1st roof rack we bought 10 years ago from an online dealer, but it was impossible to find this thing in a bricks and mortar shop so we were kinda stuck buying online. So kind of reluctantly we went ahead and made the $$$$ dollar purchase with rackwarehouse, just praying we didnt get ripped off or have it arrive 6 months late and in hot pink or something. Well to my surprise, we had THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS WEBSITE! Not only did the rack arrive in 24 HOURS, but the following morning after I placed the order, a kind man phoned me to let me know we ordered the wrong sized rack for the truck we had (they ask you for the truck make and model when you buy it to make sure you get the right one) He said we bought the wrong size which was for a compact truck and that the correct size was about 9 bucks more. So he sent me the invoice, I paid within the hour, and then he shipped it THAT DAY and it arrived THE NEXT DAY. Bam! Perfect! I was so grateful he phoned up and he was soooooooooooooooooo nice! Really kind person and said this happens all the time. So dont forget to leave your vehicle details during checkout when prompted! I highly recommend this company. They are based in VT and have A+ service. The ladder rack was perfect as well. If we ever need anything rack related we will be going to this website from now on forever more. Thanks guys!!"
