"Absolutely Fantastic customer service!!!"

"My husband needed to buy a new roof rack for a truck he recently purchased and was told to get a System One brand that makes the racks from aluminium (so it doesnt rust). So I went searching online and originally went to System One's website to see if I could buy it direct from them, but I couldnt, so I found rackwarehouse.com who did sell them. Initially I was hesitant to buy something like this online since we had a bad experience with the 1st roof rack we bought 10 years ago from an online dealer, but it was impossible to find this thing in a bricks and mortar shop so we were kinda stuck buying online. So kind of reluctantly we went ahead and made the $$$$ dollar purchase with rackwarehouse, just praying we didnt get ripped off or have it arrive 6 months late and in hot pink or something. Well to my surprise, we had THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS WEBSITE! Not only did the rack arrive in 24 HOURS, but the following morning after I placed the order, a kind man phoned me to let me know we ordered the wrong sized rack for the truck we had (they ask you for the truck make and model when you buy it to make sure you get the right one) He said we bought the wrong size which was for a compact truck and that the correct size was about 9 bucks more. So he sent me the invoice, I paid within the hour, and then he shipped it THAT DAY and it arrived THE NEXT DAY. Bam! Perfect! I was so grateful he phoned up and he was soooooooooooooooooo nice! Really kind person and said this happens all the time. So dont forget to leave your vehicle details during checkout when prompted! I highly recommend this company. They are based in VT and have A+ service. The ladder rack was perfect as well. If we ever need anything rack related we will be going to this website from now on forever more. Thanks guys!!"

Is the HoldUp 2" compatible with Yakima's swing base?
Yes, the 2" model is compatible with the Yakima BackSwing. The 1.25" model is not.
How do I know if my hitch receiver is compatible with this bike rack?
There are a few factors to consider. What size hitch do you have would be the first place to start. The two most common standards are 1.25" and 2". The next thing to consider would be the depth of the hitch pin hole, most bike racks need a pin hole depth of at least 1.5" to be properly seated in the receiver. Last, but not least. Consider what "class" hitch receiver you have. This is essentially a rating of how strong the hitch receiver is. Most receivers are rated for a minimum of a two bike rack with bikes, but it doesn't hurt to check with the manufacturer of your hitch receiver if you are unsure. This mostly comes into play with the 1.25" receivers, but can be a factor for 2" receivers as well when considering adding a swing base like Yakima's BackSwing to the equation.
