The Thule Epos 2 is a high-quality black aluminum 2 bike foldable hitch rack. The Thule Epos 2 is lightweight, and incredibly easy to use due thanks to Thule's innovative telescopic bike attachment system. The Thule Epos 2 fits a wide range of bicycles including E-bikes, Mountain bikes, Road and Gravel bikes. It accomodates bikes with fenders right out of the box, and long wheel bases up to 53". The Thule Epos boasts a load capacity of 75 lbs per bike, with a max load capacity of 140 lbs total. The Epos 2 bike foldable hitch rack fits both 1.25" and 2" hitch receivers. It maintains a distance of 9.8" between bikes to provide better handle bar clearance, and reduce the risk of bike-to-bike contact. This hitch rack includes ratcheting pump buckles and wheels traps for easy tire fastening up to 3.2" in width (and up to 5" wide tires with Epos Fat Straps - sold separately). The Thule Epos 2 provides trunk access with an outboard smart foot pedal tilting mechanism even with the heaviest bikes mounted. Locks are included for locking your bikes to the rack, and the rack to the hitch for extra theft prevention. The Thule Epos 2 is covered by Thule's lifetime warranty.

"My husband needed to buy a new roof rack for a truck he recently purchased and was told to get a System One brand that makes the racks from aluminium (so it doesnt rust).
