Processing Your Credit Card Order
Your order will be reviewed for accuracy and processed upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order, you will be immediately notified by telephone or email. Credit card processing is conducted internally after your order has been reviewed for accuracy. Due to their weight and size, all construction racks and trailers must be ordered and shipped via Ground Service only. Curt Hitches only ship via Ground Service as well. Coupon Codes are not valid during 15% Off, 20% Off Sale Periods or on Awesome Deals items.
Free Ground Shipping Program
Free Ground Shipping on purchases over $99 applies to the following brands: Aries, DeWalt, Hauler, Inno, Kuat, Malone, Rhino-Rack, Rocky Mounts, Saris, SportRack, Thule, TracRac, Vantech, Whispbar and Yakima. Our Free Ground Shipping offer excludes Cargo Boxes, designated Luggage Baskets, Curt Hitches, BackRack Window Guards and System One Products. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS except to U.S. Military addresses. Because the U.S. Military only delivers via U.S. Mail, our free Ground Shipping program does not apply to U.S. Military Addresses. U.S. Military Personnel orders must be ordered, and will be sent via parcel post. Only the following brands can be shipped to APO addresses: Thule, Yakima, Malone, Saris, and Kuat. All other brands are excluded. Our Free Ground Shipping Program excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping
All orders received by 1 PM EST Monday - Friday will usually ship out on the same day. Most orders received after 1 PM or over the weekend will ship by the end of the next business day. Example: Orders received by Monday at noon will be shipped by 6 PM on Monday. Orders received at 4 PM Monday will ship on Tuesday, orders received on Friday or Saturday will ship on Monday, etc. Since Saturday is not considered a business day, expedited packages are not shipped or delivered on Saturday. Ground Packages may be delivered on Saturday in some areas. A direct signature may be required on orders over $300, orders with different billing and shipping addresses, and all expedited shipments. Cargo boxes, Vantech, Rhino Rack and BackRack products may experience a 2-4 day shipping delay. We do not ship to Hotels. Hawaii and Alaska customers must choose 2nd Day Air as their shipping method. With the exception of U.S. Military addresses, we do not ship to hotels or outside of the 50 United States. |
All returns must be assigned an RA Return Authorization Number by a Rack Warehouse staff member prior to returning. Returns without a valid RA will not be accepted by our receiving department. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date, unused, and in their original packaging. Any item that is returned to us installed, used or altered will be returned to the purchaser at his/her expense. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail meet these requirements. A $5.00 fee is applied to all returns to cover credit card processing and packaging expenses. If you should decide to return your new rack products, you will be charged the original outbound shipping amount (the amount we pay to ship you your order). Outbound and return shipping are non-refundable. Returns purchased during designated free shipping programs will be charged the original outbound shipping price. The purchaser is responsible for round trip shipping charges on all refused packages. The Rack Warehouse will assist with warranty issues according to each manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
